She was predeceased by: her siblings, Anna Heal, Patsy Gasaway, Sharon Moore, Betty Wade, Bobby Wayne, Ehrman, Jr., Clifford, Gene and Kenny Carlton; and her granddaughter Ava Marie Cook.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Austill of Evansville, Tamara Hunley of Morganfield, KY, Jacqulyn Williams (John), Tracy Wetzel (Joe), Paul Leslie of Evansville and John Cook (Joy) of Newburgh; her siblings, Margie Espenlaub, Helen Heideshima and Donald Carlton (Doris Jean); and her significant other Ellis Hukill.
