It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Margaret Ann (Arts) Welborn of Evansville, Indiana, born in Paducah, Kentucky, who passed away on July 20, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Arts and Catherine Arts (Green); and her siblings-in-law, Robert Lenn, Bill Koester, Mike Welborn and Janet Adler.
She is survived by: her husband James E. Welborn of Evansville, IN; her daughter Kelli Welborn Cate of Kingsport, TN; her granddaughters, Grace Walker Haynes (Matt) and Anna Renee Walker; and her great grandchild Thomas "Tommy" Gideon Haynes. She is also survived by sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and a host of special friends.
