Lois K. Ethridge Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois K. Ethridge of Evansville, Indiana, who passed away on July 2, 2023, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lois K. Ethridge to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Edward and Alta Mae Brown; her grandson Jim; her daughter Linda Sue Curry; her children-in-law, Connie Ethridge (John), Steve Curry and Wes Knipe; her granddaughter Susan Curry; and her siblings, Sue Simpson, Calvin, Joe, Jim and Bill Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Lois Hoy (Phil), Carol Gette (Chris) of Westport, CT, James W. Ethridge, Jr. (Lani), John Ethridge, Mark Ethridge (Jennifer) and Tim Ethridge (Shari); her grandchildren, Wendy Bredhold, Ben Knipe, Brian Curry, Neil Curry of Indianapolis, Patrick Curry of Greenwood, IN, Andy Curry (Kathy Cole) of Indianapolis, James Gette of New Haven, CT, Jenny Gette of Westport, CT, Kirt Ethridge (Grace), Julie Howard, John Ethridge (Madyson) of Louisburg, NC, Tanner Ethridge of Nashville, TN, Maggie Ethridge of Tampa, FL, Aaron Ethridge (Marysa Bernard), Katie Ethridge and Liz Heiman (Caleb); her great grandchildren, Beatrice Bredhold, Nick Curry of Madison, AL, Kara Cole of Indianapolis, Kelsey of Indianapolis, Andrew Curry of Indianapolis, Eliza, Naomi Ethridge, Audrey Ethridge, Keegan Byrne of Louisburg, NC, Levi, Jack, Noah Heiman, Deven, Dhezmond and Dawson Garrett; her great great grandchildren, Ava Allen of Indianapolis, Xyliah and Cleo Garrett; and her sisters, Dolly Ethridge (Bill) of Waverly, TN, Betty Silverstrand of Waverly, TN and Ethel Ridings of Waverly, TN. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
