She was predeceased by: her parents, John Raymond "Jack" Schmitt and Joyce Ethlyn Schmitt (Martin). She is survived by: her children, Aviva Ellenstein (Raphael Lemaire) of North Bethesda, Anji Farwick (Chad) of Newburgh, Adam, Amelia Ellenstein, Abbi Ellenstein Hughes (Barry Wagner) of Evansville and Aaron Ellenstein of Big Lake; her sisters, Judy Salma, Barb Schmitt and Jeni Schmitt; and her grandchildren, Will Farwick, Wyat Farwick, Claire Lemaire and Scarlett Ellenstein.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mount Carmel Cemetery (5725 N First Ave, Evansville, IN 47710).
