Carmel, Illinois; his grandchildren, Karrah, Leah, Hannah, Jennah, Emmah, Brennah Lewis, Cole, Addison and Remington Carmickle; his siblings, Tawana Dardeen, Stephanie Sherman and Jon Carmickle; his aunts, Jeanie Mendenhall and Lynn Hunt; and his friend Greg Hoskinson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
