She was predeceased by: her father Paul Koressel; and her father-in-law Ray Gunn. She is survived by: her mother Ruby Koressel (Seib); her husband Bill Gunn; her children, Brooke McWhirter (Kasey), Kara Gunn and Trent Gunn (Kara); her brother Tim Koressel (Jackie) of Corinth, TX; her grandchildren, Bailey, Kaitlyn McWhirter, Myla, Layni Gunn and Gatlin Gunn; and her mother-in-law Ruth Gunn.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to River's Edge Animal Shelter.
