It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kenneth D. Mears of Evansville, Indiana, who passed away on July 22, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Bettye Lee Mears (Ungetheum); his parents, Carey "Cotton" Mears and Lela Vaught Poland; his siblings, Lela Janice Matarrese and Carey Wayne Mears; and his nephew Carey W. Mears.

He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Connie Romain (Ron), Vicki Breivogel (Randy), Dale Dartt (Ladonna), Tracey D. Mears and Scott Matarrese; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Amy Barron (Josh), Jeff Romain (Katie), April Johnson (Lee), Kevin Dartt (Amanda), Joshua Breivogel (Victoria) and Tim Breivogel (Jeana).
