She is survived by: her parents, Randy Lewis Sr. (Sharon) of Paris, KY and Pamela Davidson Smith (Steve) of Cumberland; her children, Chandra Rogers of Evansville, IN and Dillion Sollman of Evansville, IN; her siblings, Amanda Sargent (Jonathan) of Evarts, Raelynn Lewis of Paris, KY, Randy Lewis Jr. of Owingsville, KY and Wesley Lewis of Owingsville, KY; her niece Alexandria Jones of Evarts; and her nephew AJ Jones of Evarts.
