She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Hayden and Nellie Hayden (Prowell). She is survived by: her children, Keowna Hurt, Michael Hurt (Morgan) and James Hurt; her grandchildren, Madison, Nate, Jae, Addalynn, Savannah and Mac; and her brother Clinton Hayden. She is also survived by several other grandchildren and great grandchildren.
