She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Sinnette and Anna Sinnette; her husband John Welch; her great grandchildren, Michael Welch and Joshua Welch; and her siblings, Paula Myers and Junior Sinnette.
She is survived by: her son Brian Welch (Dolly); her stepsons, Steve Welch (Karen) and David Welch (Laura); her grandchildren, Jeffrey Welch, Megan Welch (Dalton Russell) and John Welch; her great grandchild Kobe; her sister-in-law Barb Sinnette; and her brother Richard Sinnette. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Alexander North Chapel.
