He is survived by: his father Charles Dave Gordon; his wife Marlo Brooks; his son Ryan Brooks; his siblings, Sharon Shamell (John), Marcia Goodwind (Kelvin), Marva Jefferson (Jordan), Sabrina Brooks, Jacqulyn Bonds, Willemina Simpson and Darryl Brooks (William Brooks Jr.); his grandchildren, Ta'Shonnnie Brooks and Amari "Eli" Brooks; and his goddaughters, Marisha Norman and Nyeela Payne. He is also survived by nieces nephews, and in-laws.
