He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Mills (Schmitt) of Evansville, IN; his children, Joseph D. Mills (Heather) of Evansville, IN, Jennifer Hills of Evansville, IN and Matthew J. Mills (Leslie) of Wadesville, IN; his grandchildren, Hannah Vowels, Mackenzie, Milo, Jackson, Oliver and Addison; his siblings, Vickie Payne (Gary) of Evansville, IN, Barbara Minnette (Jim) of Evansville, IN, Michael Mills (Roma) of Evansville, IN, Fred Mills of Melbourne, FL and Jim Mills (Jayne) of Evansville, IN; and his siblings-in-law, Connie Summers (Steve), Debbie Rogge, Pam Woods, Larry Baehl, Don Schmitt (Karen), Gary Schmitt (Debbie) and Rick Schmitt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
