It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Robert Moore (Evansville, Indiana), who passed away on July 21, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Moore and Marie Moore (Eaves); his former wives, Margaret and Norma; his stepdaughter Kelly Hengstenberg-Schroeder; his granddaughter Emily McCormick; and his great grandchild Chandler Moore.

He is survived by: his wife Jean Moore (Faver); his sister Sue Findley (Don); his children, Rick Moore (Sandy) and Debbie Moore-Hibdon; his stepchildren, Jeff Hengstenberg and Michelle McCormick; and his grandchildren, Greg Moore (Heather), Curt Moore (Sarah), Jeremy Hogan (Abby), Lindsey Hogan, Candice Hughes (Jake), Stefanie Emerson (Missy), Ashley Hibdon-Watson (Kurt), April Coughlin (Bryan) and Ashley Hastings (Matt). He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
