It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John M. Schroder of Evansville, Indiana, who passed away on September 22, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though John may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those John touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Schroder and Freda Schroder (Thurman). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lochall; his daughter Christina Pruett (John); and his grandsons, Nathaniel, Connor and Parker.

A funeral service was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM. Visitation was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, September 28th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Alexander Newburgh Chapel (5333 IN-261, Newburgh, IN 47630).
