He was predeceased by: his mother Lucile Koehler (Hay); and his brother David Koehler Sr.. He is survived by: his father Fred H. Koehler; his wife Carol Koehler (Schellhase) of Evansville, IN; his children, Kurt Koehler (Susan) of Mobile, AL and Karen Zell (John) of Jacksonville, FL; his sister Donna Williams (Terry) of Kansas City, KS; his sister-in-law Peggy Koehler of Evansville, IN; and his grandsons, John and Robert Koehler. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and great nieces and nephews.
