It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey Michael Orth (Evansville, Indiana), who passed away on February 9, 2019, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William Quirk, Orville Orth and Margaret Orth; and his mother Donna. He is survived by: his father Mike; his sons, Elijah and Jonas; his grandmother Lonita Quirk; his sister Julia Orth-Gross; and his significant other Stephanie Haggard. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
