He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Elpers and Marcella Elpers (Coudret); the mother of his children Sara Elpers (Hillenbrand); and his wife Marlene Elpers (Woods). He is survived by: his sons, Michael Elpers (Stacey) of Chandler, IN, Jeffery Elpers (Caroline) of Evansville, IN and Eric Elpers (Dianne) of Evansville, IN; his brother Larry Joe Elpers (Betty) of Evansville, IN; his grandchildren, Ryan Elpers (Emilee), Jason Elpers (Abby), Audrey Elpers, Austin Elpers (Sydney Hunter), Hayley Jones (Jared) and Logan Elpers (Emily); and his great grandchildren, Kostin, Avery, Kennedy, Nolan, Levi, Beckett, Bryce, Grayson, Camden and Fletcher. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
