We are sad to announce that on June 11, 2023, at the age of 83, Jan Howell (Evansville, Indiana), born in Saint Louis, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Yelton and Leona Yelton (Becker); her brother Pat Yelton; her husband Tom Howell; her son Rick Slater; her stepson Tommie Howell; and her nephew John Yelton.
She is survived by: her children, Lee Slater (Rhonda) and Tracie Jones; her stepdaughters, Debbie Townsend (David) of Jacksonville, FL and Sandra Klosterman; her grandchildren, Chris Slater (Mindy), Alyssa Welte (J. T.), Aaron Slater (Kedra), Ashley Slater (John) and Renae Slater; her great grandchildren, Alex, Emma, Isabella, Josef, Dayton, Jaxon, Maddie and Mitchell; her niece Renae Hatfield (Dwayne); her nephew Denny Howell; and her cousin Kathleen Ebmeier of St. Louis, MO..
