He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Butler; his children, Susan Milam (Jason), Jim Sallee (Danielle), Jason Sallee (Kimmie), John Sallee (Caitlyn) and Steve Bui; his grandchildren, Jake Milam (Victoria), Josh Milam, Jessica (Tyler), Malachi (Rebecca), Rachael, Faith, Emma, Josiah, Naomi and Aaron; and his great grandchildren, Savanah, Owen, Trayce and Jackson James.
