He is survived by: his wife Patricia O'Risky (Miller); his sons, Jim O'Risky (Julie), Jeff O'Risky (Linda), Jay O'Risky and Jerad O'Risky; his stepsons, Bert Miller, Jr. and Jeffery Miller; his siblings, Darlene, Bonnie and Robert; his grandchildren, Eric O'Risky (Katie), Cale O'Risky (Morgan), Elise O'Risky, Chris O'Risky, Darren O'Risky, Austin O'Risky and Jacob O'Risky; and his great grandchildren, Addyson and Zoey.
