He is survived by: his children, Tammy Haywood of Evansville, IN and Tim McCutchan (Holly) of Lincoln City, IN; his sister Jeanne McCutchan of Newburgh, IN; his grandchildren, Christopher Haywood (Samantha), Drew McCutchan (Miriah) and Savannah McCutchan; and his great grandchildren, Landyn and Greenlee.
