With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Irene (Knaebel) Winfield of Evansville, Indiana, who passed away on December 24, 2024 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George M. Knaebel and Agnes Knaebel (Reisinger); her husband Joseph F. Winfield, Sr.; and her siblings, Agnes Statham, Cecilia Knaebel, Bertha Hudson, Marie Ebinger, Charles Knaebel, John Knaebel, Paul Knaebel and George Knaebel.

She is survived by: her sons, Joseph F. Winfield, Jr. (Stella) and Terry L. Winfield (Saranne); her grandchildren, Michael Winfield and Tammy Winfield Partee (Greg); and her great grandchildren, Zachary Partee, Brookeann Winfield and Gavin Winfield.
