She is survived by: her parents, Pam Stephens (Greenwell) of Evansville, IN and Mark Stephens of Evansville, IN; her siblings, Laura Garrett (Larry) of Evansville, IN and Benjamin Stephens (Amanda) of Evansville, IN; her nieces and nephews, Rylan, Remington Garrett, Leslie, Mackenzie, Mason, Jackson Stephens and Olivia Hales-Whitledge; and her pet Houston.
