He is survived by: his wife Pam Underhill; his children, Jayme Underhill, Janice Heinlin (Randy) and Jared Moore; his grandchildren, Ian, Olyvia, Zoe, Addison, Kaydenze, Savanna and Casey; his brother David Underhill (Joanie); and his siblings-in-law, Ronald McKasson (Fran), David McKasson (Debbie), Debbie Williams (Walt) and Becky Conner.
