He was predeceased by: his father James "Jim" Estes; his mother-in-law Patricia Lively; and his granddaughter Caroline Estes. He is survived by: his mother Ruby Estes (Herrenbruck); his wife Dana Estes (Lively); his sons, Tony Estes (Jessica) and Andy Estes; his siblings, Robert Estes and Donna Estes; his father-in-law Allen Lively; his siblings-in-law, Kathy Corn and Kelly Corn; his grandchildren, Anthony Estes and Thomas Estes; and his nieces and nephews, Brennen Estes, Jared Estes, Jennifer Corn and Ashley Reiken (Kaleb).
