She is survived by: her sisters, Pauline, Carrie Lee, Minnie, Marie, LaVerna and Ethel; her children, England, France, Susan Wesley (late Terrance) of Owensboro, KY, Ruth Ann McCray (late Donald) of Minneapolis, MN, Ronald Eugene Phipps of Evansville, IN, Dora LeBlanc (John) of New York, NY, David Allen Phipps of Plano, TX, Michael Phipps of Evansville, IN, Timothy Phipps (Elizabeth) of Garland, TX and Mark Phipps (Kim) of Indianapolis, IN; her grandchildren, Sheronda McCray (Minneapolis), Anthony Phipps (Monica) of Owensboro, Jason Phipps (Brittany) of Owensboro, Christina El-Saden (Jordan) of Los Angeles and Katera Phipps of Garland, TX.; and her great grandchildren, Felix, Gemma and Jaden.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Nazarene Missionary Baptist Church (867 E Walnut St, Evansville, IN 47713). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at the Oak Hill Cemetery (1400 E Virginia St, Evansville, IN 47711).
