It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dorothy J. (DeHaven) Lutz of Evansville, Indiana, who passed away on November 20, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas DeHaven and Lorene DeHaven (Brown); her husband Donald Wayne Lutz; her son Wayne Lutz; and her brothers, Thomas, Bob and Jack DeHaven.
She is survived by: her children, Dianne Schenk (Steve) and Dale Lutz (Michele); her siblings, Mary Lutz, Helen Cox and James Dehaven (Connie); her grandchildren, Melanie Bergner (David), Mya Schenk, Ian Lutz (Elida), Lacie Purcell (Jed) and LaRen Lutz; and her great grandchildren, Mallory, Mazie, Nathan, Jillian, Anne Bergner, Jacob, Averie Lutz and Landon Keisler.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Browning Funeral Home (738 E Diamond Ave, Evansville, IN 47711). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Alexander Memorial Park Cemetery (2200 Mesker Park Dr, Evansville, IN 47720).
