She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Roger Moffett; and her siblings, Opal, Helen, Junior, Don and Linda.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Bennett (Alben) of Salem, KY and Donald Moffett (Trudy) of Evansville, IN; her sisters, Mary Lou Giradot of Colorado and Vanda Engler of Burna, KY; and her grandchildren, Lance, Rene and Anthony. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
