She was predeceased by: her parents, Clara Axley (Holloman) and Jesse Axley (Donald Luttrull); her husband George "Sonny" Waters; her brothers, David and Larry Luttrull; and her great grandchild James Schnautz.

She is survived by: her close friends, Judy, Leonard, Osie and Nelson; her children, Tambra Benton (Harold "Buddy"), Ricky Waters and Troy Waters (Melanie); her siblings, Rennie Luttrull, Vonnie Fenwick, Timothy Axley (Geri), Tony Axley and Johnny Holloman (Moneta); and her grandchildren, Kristi Schnautz (John), Kymberli Vandever (Glenn), Alyssa Pearson (Drew), Brandon Benton, Travis Waters and Tracey Moody (Brian). She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
