He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell M. Lasher and Cecelia M. Doll Lasher; his siblings, Russell Lasher (Anna Mae), Leo Lasher (Sharon), Bettye Elwood (Billy) and Mary Katherine Worman (Bill); his siblings-in-law, Marjorie James, Carol Yirga (Jack) and Bob Hiskey; his grandson-in-law Jarrod Luigs; and also, Edwin and Fern Hawks.
He is survived by: his wife Eva Lasher; his children, Mike Lasher (Cheryl), Pam Gerlach (Chris) and Beth Schimmel (Jeff); his grandchildren, Jennifer Strawhacker (Jason), Matt Lasher, Katie Luigs, Jenna Gerlach (Lance Flener), Cameron Schimmel (Kaitie White) and Luke Schimmel (Shelby Maxwell); his brother Eugene Lasher (Karen); and his sister-in-law Ruth Hiskey. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
