He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Deal and Edna Deal (Gibson); his wife Mary Jo Deal (Moore); and his siblings, Carolyn, Dorothy and Paul C. Deal, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Williams, Teresa Kinman, Bill Beyer (Sally) and Mark Beyer (Sherry); and his sister Janet Moore. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.
