He is survived by: his mother Vickie Perkins (Alumbaugh) of Palestine, IL; his children, Brandi Baker of Evansville, IN, Maranda Moore of Evansville, IN and Tyler Smith of Evansville, IN; his former wife Tracy Smith of Evansville, IN; his siblings, Laura White (Lonnie) of Robinson, IL, Jennifer Miles (Mike) of Evansville, IN, Angela McGuinn (Chris) of Evansville, IN and Randy Moore (Jennifer) of Evansville, IN; his stepmother Theresa Moore of Evansville, IN; his grandmother Ruth Knapp of Evansville, IN; and his grandchildren, Destin Caranahan, Emily Smith, Karter Smith and Carson Smith. He is also survived by one granddaughter on the way; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
