He is survived by: his wife Patty Hamby; his son Scott Hamby (Laura); his granddaughter Brooke Hamby; and his siblings, Sonja Pennell (Bob), Bonnie Knowles and Gary Hamby (Tracy). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
