It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dane Mason Gray of Evansville, Indiana, born in Sturgis, Kentucky, who passed away on June 15, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Roy Mason Gray. He is survived by: his mother Beverly June Gray (Cornwell); his wife Cynthia Lee Gray; his children, Jaclyn Anita Horine (Jerry Lee Horine), Nicholas "Drew" Gray (Brittani Michelle Gray) and Matthew Mason Gray (Leslie Marie Morton); his grandchildren, Jaci RaeLee Horine, Jayla Aprianna Horine, Everett Daniel Gray and Josiah Scott Gray; his brothers, Michael Gray (Billie Jean Gray) and Joel Gray (Shawna Gray); and his aunts, Ruby "Joy" Forker (Gray) and Gladys Snyder (Cornwell). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.

In lieu of flowers, please consider that any donations will be divided among the three churches pastored by Dane, Gateway Baptist Church 7564 IN-66, Newburgh, IN 47630, Keck Avenue Baptist Church, 1565 Keck Ave., Evansville, IN 47711, or to Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, 11525 KY-359, Waverly, KY 42462. These donations will be used for furthering ministry work in the Kingdom of God.
