She is survived by: her husband Charles R. Hale, Sr. of Evansville, IN; her children, Kathy Shoulders (Andy), Charles R. Hale, Jr. (Diane) and Rick Hale; her siblings, Katherine Clark and Larry Daugherty (Charlotte); her sister-in-law Linda Daugherty; her grandchildren, Rachel Hale, Lauren Hale and Arabella Shoulders; and her great grandchild Nicholas Forbes.
