She is survived by: her children, Linda Kincheloe (Paul) of Evansville, IN, Timothy "Tim" Stevens (Donna) of Mt. Vernon, IN, Donald "Donny" Stevens of Springdale, AR and David A. Stevens of Mt. Vernon; and her sister Carol Lisor of Phoenix, AZ. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
