He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma and Joseph; his siblings, Joe and Patricia; his former wife Patricia Hernandez; and his son Troy Hernandez.
He is survived by: his children, Tony Hernandez (Tiffany) and Christina Bland Dugger (Darin); his daughter-in-law Robin Hernandez; his sister Linda Wetzel (David); and his grandchildren, Ashley Croft (Russ), Amy Williams (Adam), Chuck Hernandez (Jessica), Angel Mizerak (Tanner), Harley Hernandez and Allie Hernandez. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Alexander West Chapel (2100 W Illinois St, Evansville, IN 47712). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the the VFW Post # 1114.
