He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda Thomas (Stephen) of Evansville and Donna Andrews; his grandchildren, Stephanie Thomas, Chad Andrews (Jamie), Sierra Andrews, Nicolette Whorton (Jeremiah) and Forrest Johnson (Katelyn); his great grandchildren, Brennan Wilkerson, Dominick, Christian, Mollie, Lexie Andrews, Kasia and Lily; and his great great grandchildren, Weston, Aurora Johnson and Lincoln Whorton.
