He was predeceased by: his father Carroll Guinn. He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Guinn; his wife Megan Guinn; his children, Isabella (Nikki), Harper (Taylor) and Thea; his siblings, Tony Kightly (Mary), Michelle Green (Shawn), Tracey Guinn and Crystal Guinn; and his friends, Josh (Cathy), Jack, Preston and Jeremy (Sarah). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
