She is survived by: her children, Kim Wood (Jim) of Evansville, IN, Susan White of Evansville, IN and Timothy White of Nashville, TN; her siblings, Diane Thompson of Peru, IN, Nancy Shank (Mike) of Indianapolis, IN and Donnie Mattingly of Washington, IN; her grandchildren, Olivia White, Kyley and Konner Vincent; and her great grandchild Ky'Mar Banks. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
