She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Rainey and Mildred Folz Rainey; her son Gregory Alvey; and her brothers, David and Larry Rainey.
She is survived by: her children, Joan, Danny and Billy; her grandchildren, Amanda, Joshua, LeeAnna, Jessica, Staci, Justin, Andrew and Anthony; her siblings, Bill, Charlie, Jerry Rainey and Tonya Saylor; and her husband Sylvester Alvey.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sunset Funeral Home (1800 St George Rd, Evansville, IN 47711). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Park (1800 St George Rd, Evansville, IN 47711). A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
