She is survived by: her husband Bob Schaffstein; her children, John Schaffstein (Eileen) of Cincinnati, OH, Maribeth Janssen of Scottsdale, AZ, Ann Gerber (Jamie) of Chevy Chase, MD, Julie Youkilis (Brad) of Lexington, KY and Barbara McGowan of Marco Island, FL; her son-in-law Jacques Veld of San Francisco, CA; her grandchildren, Anna, Johnny Schaffstein, Matthew Janssen (Jill), Elizabeth, Jamie Gerber, Sarah, Margaret Youkilis, Caroline, Tommy, Katherine McGowan, Andrew and Henk Veld; and her brother Frank Antenucci.
