He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Herbert Storey, Sr. and Permelia Storey (Greenwell); his wife Kristina Kaye Storey (Stutsman); his daughter Donna Kluck-Wright; his stepfather Rudolph Baity; and his siblings, Doris Storey, Permelia Storey and Phillip Herbert Storey, Jr..
He is survived by: his son Patrick Kluck (Kendra Gwalthey); his siblings, Mary Hoehn, David Storey, George Storey and Samuel Storey; and his granddaughter Asia Aaron-Kay Wright. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
