She is survived by: her mother Bonita Weissmann (Claspell); her friend Bill W. Above; her husband James "Jim" William Nelson of Evansville, IN; her children, Amanda Jo Cuzzort and Charles "Jeremy" Slocum (Teresa); her siblings, Tania Trenary, Barry Weissmann (Amy) and Mark Weissmann; and her grandchildren, Malachi, Kiersten, Gabriel, Malin, Mandalyn, Elijah, Maran, Christian, Aniyah Jo and Ryder.
Memorial contributions in Billie Jo's memory may be made to Aniyah Jo and Ryder's future education fund.
