He was predeceased by: his sister Kirsten Elise; and his grandparents, Glenn, Eleanora Guth and Keith Greulich. He is survived by: his wife Nicole Wittman; his parents, Mark and Karla; his sister Myriah of Dale; his grandparents, David and Shannon McKinney of Winslow; and also, Larry Wittman of Evanston and Arlene Wittman of Dale.

In lieu of flowers, monetary donations may be made to the Hunter Greulich Memorial Scholarship Fund.
