He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph L. Lautner and Clara Lautner (Uebelhack); and his father-in-law Robert Childress, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Childress; and his siblings, Donna Meunier (Rich) of Floyds Knobs and David Lautner of Evanston. He is also survived by 21 nieces and nephews.
