He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Dorn and Verna Dorn (Krawczyk). He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Dorn; his children, Lorie Gerard (John), Eric Dorn, Holly Wiseman, Sarah Cecil (Brian) and Max Kary; his grandchildren, Brittany Hartloff Matthews, Shawna Hartloff and Petal Murphy; his great grandchildren, Kenzie Litherland, Killian Matthews and Thorin Phillips; and his sister Joan Harlan (Harold).
