He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Theronfield Harrell and Opal Harrell (Bush); his wife Mary Harrell of Etna Green; his children, Mary McDowell (Michael) of Warsaw, Sandi Kay Harrell of Fort Wayne and Richard Harrell Jr. of Etna Green; his brothers, James Harrell (Nancy) and Michael Harrell (Sandra); his grandchildren, Jonathan (Amber), Matthew (Chelsea), Hannah, Jacob, Sarah and Autumn; his sister Pamela Harrell; and his grandchildren, Angel and Bradley. He was also cherished by six great- grandchildren.
