We are sad to announce that on April 27, 2020, at the age of 91, Lowell Jean Welty (Etna Green, Indiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Welty and Iva Grimm Welty; his wife Mary Lou Johnson; and his brothers, Leslie, Stanley, Devon, Kenneth, Ross and Harvey.
He is survived by: his children, Pam Tharp (Jack) of Noblesville, IN, Lana Hilker (David) of Anza, CA, Lou Augustine of Warsaw, IN, Eve Scheibe (Chris) of Clear Lake, WA, Eric Welty of Pierceton, IN, Brad Welty (Rhonda) of St. Charles, MO and Brett Welty (Michelle) of Littleton, CO.. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to the restrictions of the COVID19 virus, private family services are being held.
The family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Etna Green Church of Christ (206 W Broadway St, Etna Green, IN 46524) in Lowell's memory.
