He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Russel and Zelda Gayle Baker (Yazel); his wife Helen J. Kuhn; and his siblings, Betty Davis, Richard Baker and Donald Baker.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Tutorow (Bruce) of Etna Green, IN, Garry Baker of Etna Green, IN, Barry Baker (Laura) of Etna Green, IN and Jan Baker (Jane) of South Bend, IN. He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
